We hope you are having a lovely festive season – wherever you are!

After an eventful year, our team will be taking a well-deserved break over the festive season. Between Christmas and New Year and into early January we will have limited team members working in our Head Office – thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Below is more information on how this will affect your current and future orders:

Our showroom will be open from 9.00am – 1.00pm on December 24th and then by appointment only on non-stat days and Saturdays until January 10th. To make an appointment, please email help@meadowlark.co.nz directly. 

Our online store remains open 24/7 and we will dispatch in-stock pieces throughout our Christmas break. We will be operating with a reduced team, so there may be a slight delay in sending your item to you. If you require an item urgently, please email help@meadowlark.co.nz 

Our jewellers have been hard at work since we emerged from lockdown and, whilst some of our team will be working between Christmas and New Year, our suppliers and foundries will be closed. We expect delays to all made-to-order pieces – including those ordered before and during our Christmas break. Please refer to the time-frames quoted for each product on our website, and rest assured that we will be working hard to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible in the New Year!
